JTC is governed by an internal charter that defines the roles and responsibilities of the board and general assembly. The general assembly elects a board consisting of seven members every three years and endorses the board’s annual administrative and financial report. The general assembly also appoints the external auditor in a meeting attended by representatives from both the Ministry of Political Development and the Association Registry.
