JTC is governed by an internal charter that defines the roles and responsibilities of the board and general assembly. The general assembly elects the seven members board every three years and endorse the board’s annual administrative and financial report. The general assembly also appoints the external auditor in a meeting attended by representatives from both the Ministry of Political Development and Association Registry.
